Mother’s Day Offer Terms & Conditions :

1.  Ordering with Alya Flowers : By placing an order with Alya Flowers, whether in-store, on the phone, or via our website at www.alyaflowers.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2.  Changes to Your Online Order : To modify your order, contact us at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes, like address or card message adjustments, must be made within this timeframe. Order cancellations during processing are at our discretion and only accepted under exceptional circumstances.

3.  Deliveries :

    • Delivery Details : Ensure accuracy in  the recipient’s address. We are not responsible for non-deliveries due to invalid addresses; re-deliveries incur additional charges.
    • Deliveries to Offices : Orders to commercial establishments require a signed proof of delivery. Once signed, we are not liable for any subsequent delays or damages.

4.  Delivery Instructions : Once delivered and signed for, Alya Flowers cannot be held liable for the order. Web shop orders follow the same principles.

5.  Availability of Products : While we aim to deliver the requested colors, actual rose varieties may differ. We may contact you for suitable alternatives if difficulties arise in fulfilling your order.

6.   Delivery Failure and Refunds : Contact us immediately if the recipient fails to receive or receives damaged roses. Compensation is at our discretion, and damaged roses must be returned to our store.

7.  Personal Information : We value privacy and will never share your identity. Alya Flowers is registered with the Ministry of Commerce in Qatar.

8.  Promotional Codes and Vouchers : Terms for promotional discount vouchers apply. Only one voucher per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers. They expire as specified, have no cash value, and can be discontinued at our discretion.

9.  Weekend and Public Holiday Deliveries : Alya Flowers delivers throughout Qatar seven days a week. Special arrangements for Friday or bank holiday deliveries can be made by contacting us.

10.  Changes to Orders in Busy Periods : During peak periods, we may apply order deadlines. Additional orders or changes after the deadline are at our discretion.

11.  Testimonials : We reserve the right to display customer testimonials on our website without personal identification details.

12. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy :

    • Personal Purchases : Full payment is required immediately. For events, a 50% deposit is due four weeks before the event.
    • Cancellation Policy : Standard orders can be canceled until the day before delivery for a full refund. For bespoke/custom orders, a 10-day notice is required for a full refund.

13.  Refund Policy : Refunds are issued if the product is unavailable. Refund conditions and procedures are outlined in the policy.
